James Garrison, MBA, DBA

Chairman of the Board

Dr. Garrison recently retired as President and Chief Executive Officer of Washington Dental Service (WDS), a $750 million not-for-profit healthcare services contractor and member plan of the Delta Dental Plans Association (DDPA). From 1998-2000 he served as Chairman of the Delta Dental Plans Association, a national organization of member plans from all 50 states and Puerto Rico providing more than $14 billion of dental care services annually to 51 million people. Dr. Garrison also chaired the for-profit subsidiary of the Association, Delta USA, the organization charged with overseeing the co-ordination and marketing of the member plan's national programs. Previously, Dr. Garrison was President and CEO of K2 Corporation, a global recreational products company. He also served as Vice President of Human Resources for the Boise Cascade Corporation, and was an Assistant Professor of Management and Organization at the University of Washington Graduate School of Business in Seattle. Currently he serves as the Chairman of the State Board of Community and Technical Colleges for Washington State. Dr. Garrison holds BA and MBA degrees from the University of Washington and a Doctorate of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Todd Patrick, MBA

President & CEO, C3 Jian

Prior to joining C3 Jian, Todd Patrick served as President & Chief Operating Officer, and joined the Board of Directors of ID Biomedical Corporation in 1998 after the Company elected to exit its core diagnostic business to focus on vaccines. Mr. Patrick started ID Biomedical's vaccine subsidiary in 1994. In September 2005, GlaxoSmithKline purchased ID Biomedical for approximately $1.5 billion plus the assumption of $200 million in debt. To date, the GSK/IDB merger is the largest "pure play" enterprise value M&A transaction in the history of the vaccine industry. Prior to joining ID Biomedical, Mr. Patrick was the first Director of the Office of Intellectual Property Administration at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Mr. Patrick joined UCLA to help form its new IP program in 1989. Mr. Patrick serves as a director for several biomedical and device companies. He is also a current or past trustee of a variety of organizations in the Pacific Northwest, including the Seattle Biomedical Research Institute (Chairman of the Board), Washington Biotechnology and Biomedical Association (WBBA), and the WSU Research Foundation.

H. Stewart Parker, MBA

Chair of Compensation Committee

Stewart Parker is the Chief Executive Officer at IDRI. Stewart founded Targeted Genetics Corporation (Nasdaq: TGEN) in 1992, a Seattle-based biotechnology company formed to develop gene-based treatments for acquired and inherited disease. She held the position of President and CEO from the company's inception until November of 2008. Prior to founding Targeted Genetics, Stewart held various positions at Immunex Corporation from 1981-1992, ending her tenure there as Vice President, Corporate Development and as President, CEO, and Board Member of Receptech Corporation. Stewart currently serves as a member of the board of directors for several for-profit and non-profit companies including C3 Jian Inc, Oncogenex Technologies Inc, Copper Canyon Press, and the University of Washington College of Arts & Sciences. Stewart received her BA in Slavic Language and Literature from the University of Washington before completing an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Washington.

Laura Czelda, CPA

Chair of Audit Committee

Ms. Czelada is Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Delta Dental of Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Tennessee and Indiana, and its parent organization, Renaissance Health Service Corporation, where she has been employed since 1992. In this capacity, she oversees the enterprise's financial systems, internal auditing and compliance, human resources, and information technology. Ms. Czelada was previously Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer for Delta Dental of Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. Prior to joining Delta Dental she worked as a senior auditor for KPMG Peat Marwick. Ms. Czelada received a BA degree in accounting from Michigan State University in 1989 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1991. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.

Max Anderson, DDS, MS, MEd

Co-Founder

Dr. Anderson is a licensed dentist and dental researcher. He co-founded C3 Jian with Dr. Wenyuan Shi and served as its President & CEO from founding through October 2010. His current responsibilities include dental consulting to the insurance industry and dental products manufacturers. Prior to founding C3 Jian, he served as Vice President and Chief Science Officer at Washington Dental Service (WDS) from 1994 through 2004. He served on the American Dental Association's Code Revision Committee, the Standard Committee for Dental Informatics where he chaired the Dental Extension of the Continuity of Care Record and Delta Dental's Dental Policy Committee. Dr. Anderson received his undergraduate education and DDS degree at the University of Nebraska. He obtained his graduate education at the University of Michigan, George Washington University and the University of Virginia, Darden. He has authored more than 45 scientific papers and abstracts on the subject of professional dental care and treating the primary diseases of dentistry as bacterial infections. He serves on numerous editorial and professional organization boards.

Dennis Brown

Mr. Brown is President and Chief Executive Officer of Delta Dental of Wisconsin. He has been with the company for 31 years. Mr. Brown has held several leadership positions within the national Delta Dental Plans Association.

Frederick Eichmiller, DDS, MS

Dr. Eichmiller is a nationally recognized authority in dental research and Vice President and Dental Director at Delta Dental of Wisconsin. He leads Delta Dental's efforts to identify emerging technologies and trends in the dental industry, helps the company develop and expand its leadership in providing consumer-oriented oral health information, and represents the company within the dental community. Prior to joining Delta Dental, Dr. Eichmiller served as Director of the Paffenbarger Research Center, a dental research enterprise operated by the American Dental Association Health Foundation. The center, located in Gaithersburg, MD, engages in cooperative dental and medical materials research with government scientists and others, helping to develop standards, treatments, instruments and materials used by dentists nationwide. Dr. Eichmiller has published over 70 academic papers reflecting research on dental restorative materials and other dental-related topics. He is the recipient of several honors and awards, including the Hollenback Award for Dental Research from the Academy of Operative Dentistry, a Presidential Citation from the American Dental Association, and Clinician of The Year Award from the American Academy of Gold Foil Operators. Dr. Eichmiller received his BS and DDS degrees from the University of Minnesota, School of Dentistry.

George Levicki, DDS

Dr. Levicki, DDS, is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Delta Dental of Virginia. He is the former Chairman for the Delta Dental Plans Association and continues to serve on the board of directors and in other leadership positions. Delta Dental is a national organization of member plans from all 50 states and Puerto Rico, providing more than $14 billion of dental care services annually to 51 million people. Dr. Levicki is a member of the American Dental Association and other various professional organizations. He serves on the board of directors for n-Health, the Virginia Health Care Foundation, the Virginia Dental Health Foundation and the Virginia Tech Biology Advisory Board. Before being named as CEO of Delta Dental of Virginia in 1993, Dr. Levicki was a practicing dentist in Roanoke for 20 years. Dr. Levicki received his BS degree in Biology from Virginia Tech and his graduate education and DDS degree from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry at Virginia Commonwealth University.
